Thrivent Money includes a spending account and a saving account that work together, as well as several tools to help you manage your money. Your Thrivent Money Spend account is a modern checking account designed to help you manage your day-to-day spending. Savings Pockets is a flexible savings account that allows you to track your specific savings goals, with tools to help you automate your savings habits. Thrivent Money also includes digital tools to help you manage your money and see your cash flow.

When you set up a Savings Pocket, you organize your savings into different “pockets.” You can also set up custom automations to schedule contributions to each one.

Thrivent Money is a free checking account as long as you are actively using it. With no account minimum balance, no monthly fees, no ATM fees and no overdraft fees. You only pay for services you may occasionally need from your bank, such as sending a wire transfer, or a small fee if the account becomes inactive for 12 months. A Thrivent Checking account is a traditional checking account you use to deposit and spend money. Thrivent Money includes a checking account and a savings account, as well as access to unique tools for managing your money, such as Savings Pockets. You can open a Thrivent Money account with or without having a Thrivent Checking account.
